Description

Olympiaschanze was built in 1927 and in 1928 hosted the Winter Olympics. After renovation regularly hosted world cup competitions, Nordic combined and continental cup. Due long winter season the hill was a popular training place before the world cup started. In 2006 due bad hill condition COC competition was canceled and the hill was closed. Hill record holder is Thomas Thurnbichler with 105.5m jump. In 2015 the whole complex was supposed to be modernized but finally hills were destroyed.
