New DSJ24.PL Terms of Service, maintenance break - July 12, 2026

We're updating our Terms of Service. The new version takes effect on July 12, 2026. By continuing to use DSJ24.PL after that date, you agree to the updated Terms. The most important changes include:

• We'll be introducing limited, non-intrusive advertising to help cover the website's hosting and running costs. We're keeping this to a minimum.
• You'll be able to delete your account instantly from your account settings, instead of emailing us.
• A clearer policy on what happens to your hills when you delete your account: they stay up, but your name is replaced with "Deleted user". Full details will be in our new Privacy Policy.
• A clearer license clause for uploaded hills - you keep ownership of anything you upload, but you're granting us permission to host and distribute it for download, and, for ranked hills, to submit it to Mediamond's official ranked database.
• New sections covering things the old Terms didn't address: acceptable use (no scraping, bots, or account abuse), intellectual property, and a standard no-warranty/limited-liability clause.
• A minimum age of 16 to create an account.

The site will be undergoing a full-day maintenance break on July 12. DSJ24.PL will be fully unavailable throughout the day.
